I had to swerve over and get out of the lane I was in and part of the driveshaft was still sitting in the road and cars were hitting it. There was no lights or anything until it happened. I got out of the passenger side of the vehicle and looked under the truck and there was a flame coming out of the rear end. I was able to extinguish it. It was inspected by delta transmission and they said that the rear end gave out first and damaged the rest. Not even 2 weeks later the second thing that happened was my engine gave out. I was driving on the freeway and the engine stalled out on me and I barely got off an exit before the truck stopped moving. I had to get it towed to a shop where they told me that the 2 rods on cylinders 1 and 7 had given out and that I needed a new engine. Again no warning lights or anything until it happened.
