As she was walking away she heard it lock and then she was unable to open the door.  She had to call me from a bystander and I was able to download the Infiniti app and get her password etc and log in and unlock the car.    I have looked online and this seems to be a common problem with incidents of babies being locked in the car and being unable to get in.
