I costed to the shoulder and tried to reset with no luck. We called Onstar and had it towed to Hendrick or Monroe NC. We found out that this was an engine failure and the long block had to be replaced. This left us stranded without a car to drive to our cruise \u2014GM told me I could buy plane tickets and they\u2019ve never denied reimbursement. Unfortunately they denied it once I submitted all the receipts.
