At the time the window was partially down. After research I came to find this has been a common problem with the switch unit in Expeditions, F150s, Explorers. This is a safety issue as you cannot get the window to roll up which allows rain and snow to enter the driver's side door and affect your vision. Also, because the whole switch unit stopped working at once, I can not fold/unfold my side mirrors and I can not adjust them. I have an appointment on April 8th for repair. The switch should be available for inspection with them then. There were no warning lights prior to it stopping working.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2024","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"EXPEDITION","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
