Was not able to accelerate over 65 mph. Originally thought it was a transmission issue until I was able to pull over smelled burning rubber and saw smoke coming from the rear brakes and the rotors completely gouged.    The dealership originally indicated it is a safety issue and would have to call in an engineer but then stated that they are not able to duplicate the issue so I will have to pay for the repair  out-of-pocket and will return the vehicle to me. Told them I do not feel safe driving this vehicle.   No warning lights.
