The dealership said the part isn\u2019t available anywhere and is on endless back order without an ETA. As well as they are unsure of what parts are needed as there is an electrical part they confused if it\u2019s needed that is also unavailable anywhere. The jeep/chrysler company itself has also been no help, it has been 3 weeks. I keep getting told the same thing and to \u201cbe patient\u201d and that this is not a safety recall, even though the part isn\u2019t available anywhere. The dealership confirmed its malfunction. My safety/risk factor and ability to drive has now been severely impacted as It is illegal and dangerous to drive without a seatbelt, I have not been offered any help or coverage, and I have a newborn baby!  There was no forewarning or symptoms of failure beforehand.
