I had my oil changed back in December and I took it back to the Dealership and advised of the smell and I was advised that my transmission was leaking. When I purchased my car used in August of 2023, I took it back to the Dealership advising that it seemed like it wasn't shifting properly and was advised that 2 mechanics and the Salesman all drove the car, and nothing was wrong and I just needed to get used to the way a Nissan vehicle transmission shifts and here I am today being advised that I have to pay $1200.00 for the repairs for the inner and outer seals because they are leaking. This actually to me is a safety concern because I smell something burning and I have a small child. I also remember seeing a sticker advising do not sale on the car and because of seeing a report on the news about those stickers being placed on cars I am concerned about that also and that I was sold a car that was possibly not supposed to have been purchased. I have contacted the Consume Affairs from Nissan and got nowhere because once again no one wants to take responsibility and fix the car and at this point I really would just like to get another car and to be compensated for the last 2 years.
