Body of email sent to Audi of America on March 24:  To whom it may concern;  I had previously submitted for reimbursement for work performed on my 2014 Audi A5 in August 2024.  The vehicle has a recall notice for the waterpump; my waterpump failed as indicated in the recall notice and I had it repaired.  I did not have the itemized receipt for the work performed and am attaching that receipt now.
