Toyota continues to install these systems with outdated maps and no OTA functionality, while presenting them as part of a reliable, intelligent driving experience. This is not a minor tech issue\u2014it is a safety failure. Drivers are led to trust a system that cannot be trusted.  I want to be clear: this experience has completely changed how I view Toyota as a brand. What seemed like a small, fixable flaw turned into a moment of genuine danger. That moment told me everything I needed to know about Toyota\u2019s priorities\u2014and Toyota is no longer in my future because of it.  I urge NHTSA to investigate this as a potential recall-level issue.
