I called destination nissan and they said even though the age and milleage of the car is below the warranty limity , my warranty expire 2023. The employee then told me those transmission (ctr)  are bad and I am lucky I got the amount of time I did out of it because sometimes the transmission go bad after 5 years. That prompt me to file a complaint because people should not buy nissan rouges , have a monthly payment and in a few years have to pay a 6 to 8k bill. Also it is not safe.
