Additionally, the moonroof has just stopped working. Although this is more of an inconvenience, I am concerned that both of these combined represent an electrical issue with the overhead console module, which can result in many more hazards if left without repair. There are no dash lights signaling issues. I have reported the problem to the dealer where I purchased the car a couple of months ago (Tim Short Ford of Lafollette); my local dealership (Rusty Wallace Ford Lincoln of Morristown), which also reported that there were two other vehicles currently in the service department for the same issue; and to the Lincoln Concierge. I found many reports online of similar issues with this vehicle and with the confirmed two other vehicles with the same issue at my local dealership, this appears to be a widespread problem. However, after speaking with the Concierge, it is apparent that the company is not acknowledging the issue as no accommodation was offered despite the known similar failures in the same model line.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2020","productMake":"LINCOLN","productModel":"CORSAIR","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
