At that time, I checked for a Ford recall but found none for my VIN. I recently came across Ford Customer Satisfaction Program 13N02: Certain 2010-2014 Model Year Edge and MKX Vehicles Extended Warranty Coverage on Brake Booster. While I never was contacted by Ford about this issue for my 2012 Ford Edge, I feel it should be part of the program as it was clearly a safety issue at the time. Ford Customer Satisfaction Program 13N02 does show as an outstanding field service action for my VIN.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2012","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"EDGE","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
