Took the truck to the local Ford dealer, Malloy Ford Charlottesville, VA and Service department said the molded leadframe needed to be replaced per Customer Satifaction Program (CSP) 19N01, but Ford would not cover the cost.  I believe that Ford needs to cover the cost.  I never received a letter notification from Ford and had it in service at the same dealer in August 2022 and they did not notify me of the outstanding CSP and need to service per 19N01.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2013","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"F-150","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
