So took it back to dealer during the 15k mile service.  The tech said the mirror had too much play so the dealer ended up replacing the whole mirror assembly.  But the newly replaced assembly was also vibrating.  Dealer said that there is not much they can do and asked us to call Infinity customer service.  Customer service said that that vibration is considering within engineering spec and they are not willing to do anything about it.
