While driving down interstate and pulling a 21,000 lb GVWR fifth wheel trailer, the truck began vibrate.  After stopping it appeared that the front passenger tire was out of round.   This was confirmed after jacking up the vehicle.  Suspect internal damage to the radials.  The tire had a total of 16,600 miles on it.  Tire had cold pressure of 80 psi and was just checked 4 days prior to the incident.
