Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? Yes, a diagnostic was done highlighting the problem.   Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? Yes, Active Curve System Malfunction.  Oil in the Active Curve System is leaking. This leaking oil, in the presence of an ignition source, increases the risk of a fire. This recall is also affecting my vehicle.
