On May 30th with 5400 miles on the car,  the front right wheel tie rod snapped off while driving causing the wheel to turn sideways. I was making a turn on a secondary sheet when it happened and was able to pull to the side of the road. Had I been driving on the highway at the time, I could have been killed or hurt another driver. I had the car towed to MacMulkin Cadillac on June 1. The dealership noted that it was bad welding and the car showed rust and rot in that area.
