Mechanics say that is my ABS module.  I believe this is a very common issue with these vehicles.   This has happened to me several times.  Only remedy without repair is disengaging the ABS system all together.  There has not been a recall on this but there has been a customer satisfaction program associated with the brake system. I tried to have mine fixed and Ford says the program has expired.   I feel like braking is the most important thing you need to be on the road.  This needs to be a full recall and not a satisfaction program.
