Very common these pickups . Mine went in for a ticking noise hydraulic roller lifter failed got stuck in the bore. They replaced all 16 they test drove it stuck exhaust lifter #2 they replaced that lifter and the camshaft. Engine still has a very loud clatter and ticking noise.
