I took my expedition in on June 6. As of today there has been zero work done on this recall. I am repeatedly told that there is nothing that can be done until Ford releases the permanent fix. I have a rental and the service agent at this dealership has been great. I have seen the conversation between him and the recall department at Ford and they are refusing to fix it temporarily. This is completely unacceptable. Ford either needs to provide a temporary fix or release the permanent fix so that I can get my vehicle back.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2023","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"EXPEDITION","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
