My vehicle had both issues and was not part of the recall. They had a cam phaser recall that caused timing chain failure if not addressed and excessive oil consumption recall. My vehicle was regular serviced at Ford and it had a rattling noise which indicated possibly timing chain issue but Ford never mentioned any issues at time of service or any warning lights. The timing chain failed and caused damage tonthe engine. The engine has to be rebuilt or replaced for 10k-12k in cost.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2018","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"F-150","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
