I have brought this issue to your attention several times: \u2022 In 2022, I contacted O'Regan's Toyota, the Halifax dealership, which has been unable to diagnose or repair the issue to date after several visits. \u2022 In 2023, I contacted Toyota Canada directly. I was referred to the dealership in Halifax. \u2022 The Halifax dealership has been unable to diagnose or repair the issue to date. \u2022 Despite the unresolved nature of this problem, the dealership has recently asked to charge me diagnostic fees for the same issue, one that remains unsolved and is clearly a manufacturer-level safety defect.  This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a fundamental failure of the braking system and presents a critical safety hazard.
