And then the car just stalled. Luckily I was aware of it stalling so I pulled over in a residential area and came aaa. They sent out a battery service technician, he read the battery, the battery was ok but the alternator had low voltage. (Picture attached) so they recommend not to drive it and so I had to call for a tow truck to come.  We bought a battery charger, it charges up to 12 but when we put it into drive it drops back down to 10 and that's when everything shuts off and the car dies.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2023","productMake":"CHEVROLET","productModel":"TRAVERSE","manufacturer":"General Motors, LLC"}]}]}
