If I had people or my dogs in that seat it could have potentially caused injuries to the occupants. Additionally in front seats due to flying glass I received pieces of glass in my arm from glass on the center arm rest.If this event happened while driving it could have caused a distraction that led to accident. There was no warning this was going to happen.
