I was not aware of such a thing but googling the issue I found out that NHTSA did start a campaign for this particular safety issue last year. Campaign No. 2024010012, March 2024. My Mercedes falls completely on the requirements for repairing/replacing this front panel as the model, year, and type of material of this panel but yet no recall with my vin number.  Just wondering if this is a mistake or something else that I don't know. For now I haven't driven the car for the safety concerns until I have any explanations.
