The safety of passengers and others were put at high risk since fuel is highly flammable .  The problem is present at all times when the vehicle is started . The leak is highly visible by any bystander.  The vehicle has not been inspected by the manufacturer or police or others .  There were no warning lights or other symptoms prior to the failure, no warning !!
