I was on Bluetooth call which dropped. I could not see speedometer or any of the gauges on the dashboard and could not see any of the radio/entertainment options. Everything was jet black.  I pulled over at the first exit, turned off the engine and restarted the car.  The services slowly reloaded and were restored.  The next day the console began to blink but did not go out entirely.  I went to the closest Genesis dealership and spoke to a technician. She said that other Genesis models are having similar issues and this has triggered a safety recall. She said that my Genesis 2025 GV-80 is not covered by the safety recall and said that the dealer will have to keep the car for an indefinite period of time and try to replicate the issue.  She said without a recall, they cannot replace the malfunctioning parts. Genesis dealership will not be able to schedule my car for maintenance until late August.
