I first noticed issues on July 4, 2025, when the vehicle began hesitating and jerking in idle and occasionally during acceleration. On Monday, July 7, I drove it to a certified Nissan dealership for inspection, and during that drive, the check engine light came on. The dealership confirmed complete transmission failure. There were no warning lights or messages prior to July 7. The failure made the vehicle unsafe to drive, especially when merging onto highways or crossing intersections. The quoted repair cost was $6,500, which was unaffordable, forcing me to purchase a new Nissan vehicle instead. Nissan declined to offer any goodwill assistance despite the low mileage and known history of CVT issues in similar models.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2019","productMake":"NISSAN","productModel":"ROGUE","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
