It is bubbled up and no longer glued to the underneath dash piece.  It does not currently block driver's view but it could completely separate in the future causing the driver not to be able to see out of the front windshield.  This is a widely reported and complained about issue on-line, primarily on year models 2019 through 2021.  RAM has refused to do anything about it and extended warranties refuse to cover it in most cases stating that \"it is a trim component that is designed to wear out and be replaced at the owner's expense.\"  I object to this assessment of a dash as no other vehicle I have owned in 40+ years has done this.
