When driving I noticed the hood vibrating or shaking.  I checked to ensure it was closed all the way, and it was.  When I did research, I found there is a safety recall for this exact issue, and the year, make and model of my truck falls into the affected years.  However, when I look up my VIN, it does not comeback with the recall authorization.  Please advise.
