Despite my efforts to resolve the matter, I have been unable to obtain the replacement part. I have contacted multiple dealerships, suppliers, and even Mopar directly, yet I have been given no estimated timeframe for delivery. I currently have the part on order, fully paid for, and after two years there is still no indication of when or if it will become available.  This situation has created serious safety concerns for both myself and other motorists. Furthermore, I am unable to trade in or properly service my vehicle due to this unresolved issue. I find this unacceptable and believe it demonstrates a significant failure in both product support and customer service.  I respectfully request immediate action to resolve this matter, whether through expedited access to the replacement part, an alternative solution, or other appropriate corrective measures.
