My exhaust manifold is currently cracked and has an audible leak. Exhaust enters the cab of the vehicle when starting, idling, or reversing. They have no indication of providing a fix for this and the parts are not available aftermarket either.   This broken piece not only affects the performance and safety but renders my truck unusable per DOT guidelines and would be red flagged during a roadside DOT check. In my area I know of three other trucks with the same issue.   I have tried to reach out to the manufacturer with no response and all the dealers I have tried to reach do not have a solution.
