If I stop and turn of the vehicle and restart the rpm's will be better but the truck still seems to have a difficult time increasing in rpm's and accelerating gears.  It's incredibly dangerous as if I'm driving at a substantial speed on the highway or freeway and it drops rmp's rapidly I'm likely to be in an accident which could be detrimental. The dealer has had my vehicle on two separate occassions. The most recent time they've had it for 5 days and still do not know what's wrong with it.
