A subsequent CARFAX report dated August 19, 2025, altered the August 14, 2021 entry to show only 21,864 miles, while still listing 26,148 miles on May 9, 2023 . This change in recorded mileage demonstrates that the odometer history was manipulated to conceal a rollback and to make the May 2023 mileage appear consistent at the time of sale by Countyline Auto Center, Inc. The discrepancy of more than 15,000 miles in the same vehicle history constitutes odometer tampering and misrepresentation, which induced [XXX]  to purchase the vehicle at an inflated value.
