I\u2019ve since learned that GM issued a recall for this model due to fuel spillage and fire risk. Other owners have reported transmission and instrument panel failures. I believe a defect in the vehicle may have caused or contributed to [XXX] \u2019s death. I am requesting a formal investigation into this incident and the safety of the 2023 Corvette Z06. I am also pursuing legal action to hold GM accountable.
