It was very scary and I didn\u2019t know if it was safe to drive the vehicle.   The brake, ABS, and traction control sign all came on at the same time. I scanned the car and it was a C1391 error code.   The Toyota dealership said it is not covered under any recalls. I called Toyota and asked about the ZJB program that covered the repair but they said it expires.  Toyota has a repair program for the defective part but no longer covers it. This issue is a known manufacturing issue and it\u2019s dangerous.
