When heat is turned on, the passenger side warms but the driver\u2019s side only blows cold air. This prevents the windshield on the driver\u2019s side from properly defrosting/defogging in cold or wet conditions, which creates a serious visibility hazard.  Additionally, none of the steering wheel controls function due to a diagnosed clock spring failure. This failure also affects the horn and may impact the driver\u2019s airbag connection. A non-functioning horn prevents warning other drivers/pedestrians, and loss of airbag function creates a major crash safety risk.  The vehicle was inspected at an Infiniti dealership, and the problems were confirmed. The issues appeared shortly after purchase and have been consistent since.  Safety risk: \u2013 Reduced visibility due to inability to defrost/defog the driver\u2019s side of the windshield. \u2013 Loss of horn function. \u2013 Potential failure of driver\u2019s airbag deployment due to faulty clock spring.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2017","productMake":"INFINITI","productModel":"QX30","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
