I have already contacted Toyota Canada, but they informed me that they do not issue compliance letters for vehicles distributed under Canadian regulations. I then contacted Toyota USA, who confirmed that this matter falls under NHTSA\u2019s responsibility and advised me to request the compliance letter directly from you.  Therefore, I respectfully request that NHTSA to solve this issue so that I may complete the import process in compliance with U.S. regulations.  Please advise me on the next steps to obtain this letter, including any required forms or supporting documentation I should provide.
