The dealership kept my truck most of the day but did not perform the recall. Instead, they told me something untrue\u2014that my upgraded suspension made the repair impossible\u2014without ever attempting the repair. They then tried to pressure me into signing a waiver of liability stating the recall could not be performed and gave me the runaround when I refused. This dealership was unwilling to help me and misled me instead of completing a federally mandated safety recall.
