This is a life safety issue as the system grabs phone calls while driving without being able to answer. It also makes it frequently impossible to use hands free on the phone as it grabs calls. In order to avoid it grabbing calls I have to disable bluetooth on my phone which then causes my phone to not work in handsfree mode (ok google etc.)  Furthermore the backup camera does not always work. Finally, a Toyota Service Manager told me in his oppinion 25% of the entune units are \"bricked,\" non functional and need to be replaced.
