Truck has 21000 miles, sidewalls on all 4 tires are splitting and have a ring around them in the same exact spot on the sidewalls. Dealer said it appears to be a defect on all tires. Dodge referred me to Firestone, got no where with them. Tires appear the sidewalls could blow out on highway and unsafe. Caught defects before possible premature blowouts on all 4 tires due to premature cracking on sidewalls. No towing or hauling done with truck, never been off pavement either, truck parked under cover from sun etc. Dealer advised tires not worn and had great tread depth.
