I took the car to someone and they told me there was a recall for this issue so I should take to the dealer.  I took to the dealer in Chandler, they told me there was no open recalls.  I called the Lexus customer service line, they told me to take the car to the place where they had originally done the recall work, at Bell Lexus. Even though they know this was from a recall they will not perform the work even though this is a known issue and safety recall on this car.  this is the same combination as the recall and they will not even consider fixing it.
