It has not been taken care of, it is against CA and federal law to sell a car with an active recall that hasn\u2019t been repaired. I would like to file a formal complaint against Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek Ca. I do not have time to deal with this recall and I want them to take this vehicle back immediately.
