The issue causes the camera feed to unexpectedly go completely blank when the vehicle is shifted into reverse. This failure appears to be triggered by short stops or intermittent use, as would happen when parking, dropping off passengers or similar manouvers and the only way to restore functionality is to turn off and restart the entire vehicle.  This behavior is not isolated. Multiple owners have documented identical symptoms on public forums (e.g., OdyClub), suggesting a systemic software flaw in the infotainment system. The failure disables a federally mandated safety feature (FMVSS 111), creating a hazardous condition for drivers, pedestrians, and nearby vehicles.  I have experienced this multiple times with the latest occurrence on 9/10/25 as I was attempting to back into a parking space.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2016","productMake":"HONDA","productModel":"ODYSSEY","manufacturer":"Honda (American Honda Motor Co.)"}]}]}
