It is difficult to see pedestrians, or other objects not viewable on the rearview mirror. This has occurred on numerous occasions. I contacted the manufacturer and the manufacturer told me to contact the dealership. I contacted the dealership and took a day off work to bring the vehicle to the dealership, but I was told that they couldn't fix the issue because they did not have a loaner vehicle available.
