Bommarito Nissan of hazelwood first said they smelled something when we brought it in. But they said we must’ve spilled a drink and suggested we clean our carpets. We knew that wasn’t true but we had it professionally cleaned and aired out. The dealership also replaced both filters and cleaned the evaporator. The smell didn’t go away so we brought it back. Now they’re just saying they “don’t smell anything out of the ordinary..” This is a certified vehicle, like new.. We’re very concerned for our health and safety.
