No certified jeep dealership in the area had the equipment necessary to replace it. I went to an autobody shop with that capability who said at that mileage this should not have happened in a well maintained car. It is $3000 to repair. This happened mid summer with high heat temperatures and no cold air. This put me at risk for hyperthermia as well as my dog. Oliverian Auto in Pike NH confirmed the issue. No warnings from the car, just no cold air, only hot air.
