While I appreciate the vehicle\u2019s performance and overall design, I am extremely dissatisfied with the comfort level of the front seats.  The seats feel incredibly stiff\u2014almost like sitting on bricks\u2014and lack any meaningful support. This has made even short drives uncomfortable and long trips nearly unbearable. I expected a premium model to offer a higher standard of comfort, especially in such a critical area as seating.  I kindly request that Mazda address this issue. Whether through a seat replacement, upgrade, or another form of resolution, I believe this matter deserves attention. I chose Mazda for its reputation for quality and driver-focused design, and I hope to see that reflected in how this concern is handled.  Thank you for your time and consideration.
