My safety was put at risk as I was driving on a highway and as soon as I was descending an overpass, I felt a loss of power as if the vehicle down shifted on its own. Luckily, I was still able to drive it, and it didn't stall.  3. Yes, the dealership ran their diagnostic test.  4. Same, response as question 3. 5. Yes the check engine light appeared.
