I believe this is unfair and unreasonable. A major component such as the engine should not fail this early, and a vehicle sold under these conditions is not fit for its ordinary purpose.  Because of this premature failure, I was left with no functional car but still obligated to pay the outstanding loan balance. This has caused severe financial hardship and forced me to dispose of the vehicle below value.  Requested Action: 1.That Volkswagen cover or reimburse the cost of the engine replacement, OR 2.Provide financial relief toward the remaining auto loan balance.
